Description
Objective: - Attacking transition. Conditioning rule: - Numerical superiority. Observations: - Before performing the 3 vs 2, we will perform explosive strength work. - If the attacking team scores, they jog back and the defensive team performs a sprint. If the attacking team does not score, they sprint back to the nearest cone and the defensive team jogs back.
