Description
Objective: - Immediate ball recovery after loss, focusing on the area where possession was lost. Conditioning rules: - Zonal defense, except when pressing to recover a lost ball. - Players must return to their specific defensive zone once the attacking team switches the ball to a different zone. - In attack, players cannot leave their assigned zone. Notes: - Only one player is allowed to press into the goalkeeper's zone.
