Description
The goalkeeper (GK1) runs at half-sprint to the first hurdle, jumps over the 1st hurdle with feet together, then jumps over the second hurdle with feet together, then jumps over the third hurdle with feet together, and sprints to catch the ball placed 10 meters away, diving to the ground (once on each side). As they dive, the coach (GK Coach) enters the box with the ball at their feet, dribbling towards the goal (once on each side). The goalkeeper must get up quickly and sprint to dive at the feet of the coach (player) entering the box, attempting to clear the ball with a punch.
