Description

Two groups stay in the penalty area space with two goals to play a 6v6 match with two goalkeepers, while the other group goes to the interval training zone. Rotate the matches so that everyone cycles through the interval zone after playing. - In the interval zone, we place several cones at 5-meter intervals, covering the 50 meters of the half-pitch. First, they sprint to the first cone at 90% intensity and jog back to the start. They then sprint to the second cone at 90% and jog back to the start, continuing until the last cone. They finish by repeating the same route, but starting with the long distances and ending with the short ones. If they finish ahead of time, conclude the exercise with a light recovery jog.
