Double Transition

Description

Each round consists of 3 balls for the central player. Players are positioned according to the diagram. 2 players form a striker pair, one player acts as a central passing station in front of the goalkeeper, and 3 players are placed next to the mini-goals. 1st Ball: The coach shows a color (only shows it, does not say it aloud, so the central player does not know) and starts the drill with a pass to the central player (blue). Simultaneously, the players who were not chosen for that color occupy the mini-goals. The central player turns, controls the ball, and tries to pass into the open goal. 2nd Ball: Then, the coach passes the 2nd ball to the central player. The central player tries to play the striker into space with 2 touches, who immediately shoots on goal. 3rd Ball: After the striker's shot, the central player receives a 3rd ball and shoots themselves.
