Numerical Disadvantage vs. Numerical Advantage

Description

Distribute 4 goals around the center circle, with a distance of approximately 3-5 meters between them. Two teams (8 players) always play against one team (4 players). The activity lasts 2 minutes, then the teams rotate. The team with the numerical advantage focuses on maintaining possession, while the team with the numerical disadvantage tries to intercept the balls and can score in any of the 4 goals.
