Description
WORKING WITH THE GOALKEEPER IN GREY 1) PERFORM STEP EXERCISES BACK AND FORTH. 2) MOVE OUT; THE COACH WILL HAVE INDICATED THE SIDE TO EXIT TOWARDS. GO AROUND THE FIRST HOOP COMPLETELY WITH ONE FOOT INSIDE THE HOOP. 3) MOVE OUT AND PERFORM A LATERAL DIVE FOR THE THREE SHOTS.
