Counter-attack in 5v3+2
- Level:
- Easy
- Duration:
- 25 min
- Recommended age:
- ["infantil","senior"]
Description
Starts with a 5v3 situation, where the team with the numerical advantage tries to maintain possession. The playing area goes from the penalty spot to the two small goals. Two additional players are positioned on each sideline without initially participating. Once the team at a disadvantage wins the ball, the players on the sidelines join the game to even the numbers, turning it into a 5v5 across the whole field. Both teams try to score goals. The previously disadvantaged team attacks the main goal and the previously advantaged team aims for the small goals. Restart the drill after a shot on goal or when the ball goes out of play.
