Description
Objectives: - Counter-attack. - Movement of the 2 strikers, support runs and runs in behind. Conditioning rule: - None. Observations: - 2 defenders start from the goal with a sprint (to the blue cone) + jog (to the yellow cone). - One of the strikers makes a support run (2nd wave), playing a wall pass with their teammate + switching the point of attack. - The other striker makes a run in behind the center-back who has stepped up. - Immediately after, we set up a 3 vs 2 counter-attack.
