Description
• The coach starts the play with the ball on the right wing • The Blue team has 30 seconds to create a goal-scoring opportunity • After the ball goes out of play, a goal is scored, or time expires, the next action restarts with the coach • If the Red team wins the ball and successfully counter-attacks into one of the small goals, the Blue team must perform a penalty (push-ups, squats, etc.)
