3V2 AFTER SWITCH OF PLAY AND PRELIMINARY 2V1

Description

Players are distributed as shown in the diagram to create a 3v2 situation following a switch of play (the yellow player does not participate, only makes the pass after a short dribble). After the switch of play, the two wide players (preferably full-back and winger) will create a preliminary 2v1 to set up a final 3v2 situation. They have a maximum of 7 seconds to finish the action. The red player positioned between the blue players at the start of the drill should preferably be a striker or attacking midfielder. The blue players should preferably be center-backs, full-backs, or defensive midfielders. VARIANT: PLAY WITH 2 STRIKERS AND A DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER TO MAKE IT A 4V3
