Description
Objective: - Defensive work 1-4-1-4-1 Conditioning rule: - None. Notes: - We will work on the 1-4-5-1 variant, superiority over a player with their back to goal using the defensive midfielder + their zonal marker. - We will work on the 1-5-1-4 variant, a run in behind on the flank which the winger tracks back individually, while the striker drops into the winger's position. - We will work on the 1-5-4-1 variant, if the center-back steps out to cover the full-back and leaves a gap between the center-backs, the defensive midfielder drops in.
