Description
Objective: - 1-4-4-2 system Conditioning rule: - Pressing. Notes: DEFENSE - Collective block pressing. - Strikers drop back, covering the center. - Force the attack towards the wings and press. The nearest striker prevents a switch, while the far striker tucks inside to cover the center. - If the ball breaks the strikers' line, try to block passing lanes to the lines behind. - Block the build-up from the goalkeeper.
