Description
Objective: - Ball exit/Build-up. Conditioning rule: - High block pressure. Observations: *When starting with the defensive midfielder as the first option, look for the far man. * Full-backs close by. *Weak-side players, anticipate the turnover. * The interior midfielder closest to the center-back or full-back in possession can come to receive, stretching the defensive midfielder (to drag markers).
