Description
Objective: - Defensive retreat with 3-man defensive lines. Conditioning rule: - The ball must pass through one of the wingers at least once. - Wingers must receive the ball inside the zone. Notes: - If the central midfielder closest to the winger in possession can reach them, they must press. - If they cannot reach, the nearest center-back/full-back must press. - The central midfielder or pivot will drop into the center-back position. - The rest of the players will shift. - On the weak side, the other central midfielder will drop back. - The attacking midfielder will drop into the center. Process: - The yellow team always starts with the ball. - The opposing team cannot cross the dashed line until the yellow team crosses it.
