Description
Objective: - Rationalizing space. Conditioning rule: - Each player must stay in their designated lane. Observations: - The yellow bibs team always starts. - When can interior players leave their lane: *To occupy the space left by the center forward when dropping wide with a run in behind. *To create a 2v1 in the opponent's central zone. *To occupy the free space left by the center forward when making a diagonal run in behind. *To enter the finishing zone at the back post when the striker moves to the front post.
