Description
Objective: - Playing wide. Conditioning rules: - The player who plays the ball out of the 10x10 area passes to the winger. Observations: - The process starts in the 10x10 area; upon winning the ball, we must look long (wide). - The team that won the ball will enter to finish, plus the joker acting as a striker, while the 3 defenders will defend. - Role change: the team that was in possession switches to defending, and the team that entered switches to possession.
