Description
Objective: - Defensive phase 1-3-4-3 Conditioning rule: - Opponent system 1-4-2-2 Notes: Opponent build-up: If they play with a center-back: - The striker presses, reorienting play inside. - If the ball reaches the opposite center-back, the attacking midfielder presses; if beaten, they drop back. - The rest of the markers will be covered by the remaining players in the midfield plus the weak-side players. If the ball reaches the opposite winger: - The wing-back presses. - The pivot provides cover for the wing-back. - The weak-side wing-back tucks in towards the center. - The weak-side winger closes diagonally into the wing-back's space. - The attacking midfielder closes diagonally inside.
