Description
Objective: - Defensive phase 1-3-4-3 Conditioning rule: - Opponent system 1-4-2-3-1 - To finish, the ball must pass through a winger at least once. Observations: Opponent finishing: If they play with wingers: - Full-back presses. - Center-back shifts across. - The other full-back shifts across. - The wide midfielder tucks in diagonally. - The pivot holds position. - The weak-side wide midfielder drops to form a back four. - The attacking midfielder drops into the center.
