Description
Objective: - Defensive phase 1-3-4-3 Conditioning rule: - Opponent system 1-4-2-3-1 - To be able to finish, the ball must pass through at least one winger. Observations: Opponent team finishing: If they play with a winger: - The full-back presses. - The center-back shifts. - The other full-back shifts. - The wide midfielder closes in diagonally. - The pivot stays in position. - The wide midfielder (weak side) drops as a 4th defender. - The attacking midfielder drops into the center.
