Description
Objective: - Work on defensive retreat in a 1-4-1-4 formation. Conditioning rule: - The opponent. Observations: - Whenever the ball goes out of play, we restart with a new ball from the center of the pitch. - If the team working on the objective wins the ball, they can score in any of the goals.
