Description
Objective: - Defending in a mid-block with a 1-4-2-3-1 formation. Conditioning rule: - Must beat the opponent in 1v1 situations. Notes: - We will work on staggering and shifting when the line is bypassed on either flank. - The pivot will act as a free man behind the midfield line and in front of the defensive line. - He will provide cover for the midfielders in the central channels, leaving the flanks for the full-backs.
