SPEED ENDURANCE TO IMPROVE LACTIC ANAEROBIC CAPACITY

Description

Players are divided into 2 teams in a square and play a 5v5 for 3 minutes. Afterwards, they perform progressions finishing at 90% intensity, followed by a 50% intensity jog back. Then they return to the 5v5. Repeat until the 20-minute exercise is completed.
