Description
Objective: - Pressing after loss (Gegenpressing). Conditioning rule: - Intentional ball loss. Observations: - Use the entire penalty area, where one team waits to receive the ball. Another team occupies the width of the zone with one player inside the area, and the last team stays behind to rotate roles. - A player from the team in possession starts the drill by passing the ball to the opponent's zone, simulating a loss. At that moment, even before the opponent receives it, the players who lost the ball must press immediately. - The team in possession is forced to keep the ball for "5 seconds" before they can finish in either of the 2 mini-goals. If they succeed, there is a role change. - During those "5 seconds", the team working on the objective must recover the ball as quickly as possible and score in the full-size goal with the fewest passes possible.
