Description
Objective: - Pressing the build-up against a 1-4-3-3 or 1-4-2-3-1 formation. Conditioning rule: - Opponent. Notes: - We will work on pressing by forcing the build-up through the right center-back and ensuring the ball reaches the right-back. - We will work on forcing long balls while maintaining man-to-man marking. - We will work on winning second balls following the forced long ball.
