Description
Objective: - High block pressing. Conditioning rule: - Opponent's system 1-4-2-3-1 Notes: - The attacking team tries to carry the ball under control to the small goals. - The defensive team must press high to win the ball and finish. - If the defensive team is bypassed, they must drop back into a defensive block.
