Description
7 minutes: possession with a maximum of three (3) touches per player. At the end of the 7', jog back to midfield and hydration break. 7 minutes: maximum of two (2) touches per player and no return passes allowed to emphasize give-and-go play and side-to-side transitions. At the end of the 7', jog back to midfield and hydration break. 7 minutes: if the passer takes two (2) touches, the receiver must take one (1) touch and vice versa to emphasize tactical passing (playing the ball into a teammate's advantage). At the end of the 7', jog back to midfield, hydration break, and stretching.
