Description
Objective: - Play in a diamond shape. Conditioning rule: - To finish, the ball must have passed through the central zone. - Players within the diamond must not leave the square marked by the orange cones. Notes: - The yellow team always starts. - Keep players inside. - The striker must always position themselves between the center-back and the full-back.
