Description
Objective: - Fix center-back + full-back and occupy the empty wide space. Conditioning rule: - Play through the middle. Notes: - Occupy the wide spaces with either the full-back or the interior midfielder. - If the full-back pushes up, the defensive midfielder provides balance. - If possession is lost, form a line of 4 in midfield with the attacking midfielder.
