Description
Objective: - Facilitate penetration opportunities behind the last defensive line. Conditioning rule: - Players cannot enter the zones near the goal until the final pass has been played. Observations: - Simulate a high defensive line; players must time the pass-and-run perfectly to avoid offside. - Wingers should maintain width to create gaps between the center-back and full-back for interior players to exploit with runs in behind.
