Objective: - Playing against a 1-4-3-3 system. Conditioning rule: - The opposing goalkeeper's goal kicks must always be aerial balls. Notes: - Against the opponent's aerial balls, ensure the ball does not bounce and stay close to the second balls. - The team working with the 1-3-1-4-2 system must always play out from the back.
