Description

Objective: - Pressing upon loss of possession; if they break the press, recover into a 1-4-4-2 shape. Conditioning rule: - Force the turnover and the recovery. Notes: - The team working on the objective always starts with the ball. - Press immediately upon losing possession. - To trigger the recovery, one of the coaches positioned outside the pressing zone plays a new ball in.
