Description
- Wave drill, defensive team with two center-backs and one defensive midfielder, shifting, pressing the ball carrier. Attackers, ball possession, must attack through the flanks and cross. When the player enters the flank, we create a 1v1; the flank entry can only be made after 6 passes.
