Description
Divide the pitch into 3 zones: 22 meters from the goal (red line for the defensive line), 30 meters from the goal (defensive zone), 40 meters from the goal (midfield zone), and 50 meters from the goal (attacking zone). Attackers (minimum 3 players) attempt to overcome the midfield defensive line (defenders cannot intervene). If successful, they are challenged by the defenders and the midfielders cannot intervene. Afterwards, they play towards the defensive line with the goal of shooting on target.
