Description
Objective: - Switching play. Conditioning rule: - 2 touches - 6 passes. Observation: - We play in a space with a 5 vs 3, and 2 players from the defending team wait in the central lane. - If we complete the set number of passes, we can switch the ball to the other side; the players in the middle can intercept. - If they switch the ball correctly, the same team continues defending in the adjacent space.
