Description
Objective: - Strength training. - Attacking objective: ball speed. - Defensive objective: defensive triangle. Conditioning rule: - 1 touch. - 10 passes to switch roles. - Each interception counts as a point. Notes: - 9 players keep possession, each playing in their own space. - The team that wins the ball enters the playing area in groups of 3. When the possession team completes 10 consecutive passes, the group of 3 is swapped for another waiting group of 3.
