Description
Between the target zones, play 9v9 or 10v10. To attempt a goal, balls can be played into the target zone, after which the running striker goes 1v1 against the goalkeeper. The defending team can no longer intervene and must only prevent the target ball. Variations One defender can move into the target zone For build-up play without pressure, the two center-backs are allowed to be in their target zone
