Warm-up passing drill

Description

Player A starts with a pass to player B and takes their position. Player B passes the ball to player C and takes their position. Player C passes the ball to player D, who plays the ball into player C's path. Player C passes the ball to player E. Player C takes player D's position, who in turn takes player E's position. Player E passes the ball to player F, who puts the ball into player E's path. Player E continues the run to player G, who dribbles the ball back to station A. Player E takes F's position. F takes G's position. In the first rounds, the drill can be performed slowly and with 2 touches. Once the players have internalized the running paths, the balls can be played directly and the pace increased.
