GOALKEEPER WARM-UP 1

Description

Drill designed for three goalkeepers or groups of three. The exercise starts with a pass from the coach to the working goalkeeper, who must: 1) Control the ball and play a long pass to the furthest goalkeeper, 2) Perform a coordination drill on the agility ladder, 3) Prevent a goal from the teammate with a catch or a lateral parry. 4) As soon as the action (3) is completed, the goalkeeper must move to deal with an aerial ball, preventing it from bouncing.
