Description
The attackers move the ball from the right side to the left and vice versa until they find a gap, through which they will attempt to attack the goal. The defensive midfielders and the back four shift within their zones, tracking the movement of the ball while also considering the position of the attackers without the ball. If they recover the ball, they perform a quick counter-attack towards one of the two small goals.
