Description
Attackers move the ball from the right side to the left and vice versa until they find a gap to attack the goal. The defensive midfielders and the back four shift within their zones, tracking the ball's movement while monitoring off-the-ball attackers. If they win the ball, they must launch a quick counter-attack toward one of the two small goals.
