Description
Attackers line up at the halfway line with their balls. Defenders position themselves in front of the attackers, approximately 3-4 meters away. On the coach's signal, the attacker dribbles towards the penalty area. The defender adopts a side-on stance and backpedals, trying not to actively win the ball while the attacker tries not to penetrate. When the players reach the penalty area, they switch roles. Variation: On the coach's signal, the defender is allowed to actively win the ball, and the attacker tries to penetrate.
