Description
- Each group starts independently from the others, playing a classic rondo exercise. - The number of players inside the square will determine the number of touches the players on the outside can take before passing. - When a player inside the square intercepts a pass, they hand the bib to the player who made the mistake and take their place on the outside of the square. - The player who made the mistake runs to the next group with the bib.
