Description
Play 4v4 with 4 dribbling goals. A goal counts when a player dribbles through 2 cones with the ball at their feet. The team retains possession after a dribbling goal but must now play towards one of the other 3 goals. Therefore, no team has assigned goals. Play 5 rounds of 4 minutes each with a 1-minute break.
