Description
1) Up to the first marker, warm-up exercises. 2) Upon reaching the marker, perform strength exercise (shoulder-to-shoulder) until the second marker. 3) Upon reaching the hurdle, jump over it. 4) After the jump, sprint to the last marker. 5) Cross with the other player to switch sides.
