Warm-up with ball

Description

Two players start from each side, one performing ladder drills and the other dribbling through poles. At the first cone, change of pace; at the second cone, receive a pass from a teammate and play a one-touch pass to the player on the wing, who also plays a one-touch pass to the player at the end. Players rotate continuously as shown in the diagram.
