Description
Three teams of 4 players are formed. One team attacks with all four players while another team defends with two; the other two wait behind the goal. If the defending team intercepts the ball, they recover and the other two teammates join in. The team that lost the ball waits for the next play. The team that won the ball launches an attack towards the other goal, where two members of the third team have come out to defend, and so on. If a goal is scored, the team continues to attack.
