Double Pressure in Modern Defense

Description

Players 7, 8, and 10 (Blue) pass the ball among themselves behind a marked line without pressure. Players 6 and 10 (Red) shift oriented to the ball but remain inside the field. Players 4 and 5 (Red) also shift oriented to the ball and cover player 9 (Blue), who positions themselves to receive the pass. With the pass to 9 (Red), players 7, 8, and 10 (Blue) move into the field, creating a 4v4 situation. Attackers look to score. If defenders win the ball, they counter-attack by crossing the marked line.
