Description
The hurdles are placed on cones on one side, creating an inclined position. Players run through the hurdle ladder following the coach's instructions with various exercises. Examples: jumping on the left leg, on the right leg, laterally with both legs, etc. Finish with a sprint around the large cone and return to the line. If there are too many players, set up the exercise twice.
