Description
Run a lap around the full pitch performing the prescribed exercise. Afterwards, players switch sides so both can be used. Players pass the ball, allowing one touch to control it. Players pass the ball directly without prior control. One player throws the ball at hip height, the other returns it with a volley. One player throws the ball, the other returns it with a header. One player throws the ball, the other performs a chest control and returns it with a volley. Players pass the ball using only their hands. Players pass the ball with their hands along the ground to the other player. Players perform ball juggling with their feet back and forth.
